Downtown Works has given Verse the unbelievable flexibility it needs during these uncertain times, allowing us to downsize from a much larger space which we were not able to fully utilize post Covid - to a smaller, more flexible option. Though only a smaller percentage of our workforce elected to continue using an office space, Downtown Works created the environment for Verse to give this option to its employees. From a management perspective, it’s been a lifesaver, since it took the headache of operating a large office off our hands, yet still allows our team to use the office amenities we need, when we need them, such as conference rooms, kitchen, and more. Downtown Works’ culture and super modern, hip and trendy style and environment really got our team members excited to come back to the office, even if only for a few hours here and there, and they are also handling all of our mail, sorting it, and making it so easy to give an office as an amenity to our employees. With Downtown Works, I’m not worried about 5 year leases that are difficult to work with, and we can easily scale up or down as needed over time. There’s nothing easier, or more convenient for business owners today than Downtown Works!
